You can reach us in various ways. The fastest way is by the Support Center located on the home page of the web site. Here you can address any questions related about your order or any pre sale questions.
You can also send an email to info@rocketcityracing.com. Responses are generally received within 24 hours of receipt. However, please be sure to add our email address to your SPAM filter so that you can receive our response.
Information can be requested by fax. Our fax number is 407-568-3860. Please be sure to include your return fax number and telephone number.
We can also be reached by telephone at 407-913-0590. Due to the high volume of telephone calls received, we do not have voice mail. However your telephone number will be listed in our call log as a missed call, and we will return your call as quickly as possible.

The website is available for online ordering 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Orders are processed and shipped Monday thru Friday 9:00am (ET) - 4:00pm (ET) and Saturday 9:00am (ET) - 12:00pm (ET).
Please note that hours may vary on days when we are an onsite vendor at radio-control boat races and events.

If you see an error message stating that your credit card is invalid, this has most likely happened for one of the following reasons:
1. You have incorrectly entered your credit card number.
2. You have incorrectly entered your CVV code.
3. You have incorrectly entered your expiration date.
4. You have used a cancelled credit card to place your order.
5. Your card is restricted to point-of-sale transactions only (sales where your card is physically scanned).
Please double-check your credit card and/or with your bank to ensure that none of these problems have occurred. If you realize that you've made a mistake, simply return to the payment option page and enter in the correct information. Continue checking out as normal.
If you're still encountering problems, please contact us. However, at NO point should you ever e-mail us your full credit card number. Your e-mail does not have the same security features in place as the website. If you wish to reference a specific credit card that you already have on file with us, please reference by the order number.
If you believe that you have provided us with an incorrect CVV code or expiration date you may send us that corrected information via e-mail referencing by the order number.
If you believe that your card was declined due to insufficient funds, but now have those funds available, you may ask that we attempt to charge your credit card again.
If you believe that your card is restricted to point-of-sale transactions, you must either contact your bank about removing such restrictions, provide us with a different credit card, or choose a new payment method.

This is due to the internal process we must maintain to properly track your order through the system. Once an order number is assigned you may use it for all future references to that purchase.

We carry top of the line products from the best manufacturers in the business. All claims for warranties should be sent directly to the manufacturer.

Contact us within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise to request a return authorization. If approved, the merchandise must be shipped back to us within 7 business days. If the merchandise is received back unused and in resaleable condition a refund will be issued with 3 business days of receipt. The 3 business days does not include the processing time by your financial institution if the refund will be issued to a credit card.
Return freight is the responsibility of the customer unless a shipping error on our part occurred. If so, we will issue a prepaid freight pickup request through our carrier.
Please not that this return policy does not pertain to custom-order boat hulls or special order items.
